Cape Town local gets beached cleaned up using social media

On Thursday the 7th of June, frequent beach goer and local James Hallett uploaded a video to Facebook showing the polution situation at the Milnerton beach front.  In the video he shows the vast amounts of plastic bottles and rubbish that has washed on the local shores.  Take a look at the video and read on to see what happened next. Not long after the City of Cape Town arrived and everyone was stuck in.
